Lemon Grove
Pavers define the path area running through the front yard. Note the low water use plantings from Australia and South Africa (among others).
The front fence encloses the property for privacy while providing a background for additional plantings and rock accent.
Concrete "mow strips" in this case seperate the planting areas from the blue granite pathways.
The colorful blooms and foliage stand in contrast to the grays of the house, accent boulder and rock path.
Backgound plantings are one year old. In another year they will provide privacy from the neighboring property.
Low water use and low maintenance render this mulched bed a beauty.
A look up to the rear deck and sitting area.
The Trex deck is accented with a redwood hand rail that matches the fencing beyond.
This Lemon Grove residence was pathed and planted in a most naturally pleasing pallet. Lots of boulders used as accents here.
